Do you allow pets?
Many of our Miami rental properties are pet-friendly. Most of our ads will indicate whether pets are welcome. If you’re moving in with a pet, we’ll discuss the requirements as well as extra costs.
How do I pay rent?
We make it easy to pay rent by offering an online tenant portal, where you can easily and securely pay rent electronically from your bank account or a credit/debit card. We also accept checks and money orders.
What do I do if something breaks?
If there’s an emergency and your life is in danger, call 9-1-1. If it’s a property emergency, please call us to report the situation right away. If it’s routine maintenance, we ask that you submit a maintenance request via your online portal so we’re able to document our response process.
How can I be sure I’ll get my security deposit back?
We will return your security deposit after we have inspected the property and ensured that nothing was damaged during the tenancy. Review your lease for complete move-out instructions, which include cleaning and returning all keys and remotes.
Can you help me buy a home?
